did you try to compare the bands use by your phone and router? the router might be using different band from the one compatible wiht the device: Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac

I have read it and try to switch to 2.4G band. Also my router is support.
May be my router setting? I cannot confrim.
And I tried to reset my Performance but still no use.
Should I get it back to Sony for repair?
