Wifi and bluetooth won't turn on

A few weeks ago my Xperia Z3V started dropping my home WiFi. Now not only does it not find my home WiFi, it doesn't scan for WiFi at all. If I try to turn bluetooth on, it turns it back off. I have tried the repair via PC Companion and that didn't correct the issue. I also have tried turning off my phone and router. This is a problem because some of my apps won't update without WiFi. Hope you can help.

The Xperia Z3V it's not compatible with PC Companion, also, PCC it's no longer supported, you have to use Xperia Companion but again, thanks to big red (Verizon) it's not supported; with that said, since neither Bluetooth nor WiFi work, most likely that's a hardware issue, you could test it:

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test bluetooth/WiFi 

you might have to contact Verizon regarding this problem.
