my wifi and bluetooth not working when i get up from my sleep

i've tried everything like downgrade to GB, then flash to ICS again, but wifi and bluetooth was not working

is this because a hardware error? help please

I guess it's a hardware issue

Dial *#*#7378423#*#* in dialpad/phonepad > service tests > bluetooth (and then Wifi) > test it

See the results and post it here

This is what happened to my bluetooth, my bluetooth was completely enable?! i'm surprised, after service test it enable??

but the wifi was not enable at all, this is the pic, just enabling, that's all, but the wifi seems not enable

and after enabling the wifi, my phone was restarting itself?? WTH!!

after restarting, 10 second again, my phone restart and restart again

please help me

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

Do a software repair,

Use SUS

SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions

I tried all the above steps but still it's not working, I have contacted many Sony service centers, they couldn't fix this problem...
