Hi guys, hope you can help. When I touch and hold an empty area of the screen to access widgets, nothing on homescreen appears with widgets. As far as I know this is the only way you can access widgets in this way. Advice needed please?
Hi, that is strange....normally as you say you press/hold a blank space on your screen....said screen 'shrinks' up to reveal 3 large icons at the bottom, WALLPAPERS/WIDGETS/SETTINGS....have you tried doing this in differest areas, is your touchscreen working perfectly well? Try this again in Safe Mode first......
