Wi-Fi on sola freezes when I run play store or any Google apps.

Hi ,

I have problems with my Wi-Fi in my Xperia SOLA phone, it freezes when i start play store or any of the google applications. However things work very well when i switch to data/3G. I have reset the phone to factory settings and also repaired it using SUS but the problem remains the same.

It may appear that play store or applications are using Wi-Fi but in couple of minutes the connection freezes, whilst i have also tried to browse internet using a browser but it doens't work.

Sony please help.

I know that it is not a regional issue if it is then things should not work when i switch to data/3G.

Try rebooting or resetting your router. If the problem still remains you could try to assign the phone an static IP and check if the problem still remains.
