Wi-Fi is on continually

I'm turning off my Wi-Fi several times in a day. But unfortunately my phone turn it on a few minutes later automatically. In fact my Wi-Fi is turning on continually and automatically even when there isn't any Wi-Fi network available to connect. How can I turn it off for ever?!!! It just lose my battery power.

Go to settings >>> wifi >>> three dots >>> advanced you find an opption "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" tap and check "never" and will be OK.
