Wi-Fi Connection

Mi router is about 3 meters from my room and my Sony Xperia P has a little signal of it 
I don´t know why 
Also sometimes the connexion loses 
Please Help!

Do another device connect with better strength...

and hope 3m distance is open space, no obstacle like wall or something...
