wi fi automatically open problem

I am using xperia T, facing a problem that after turn off its wifi, after a few minutes its automatically open. Facing this probo about 2 months, expecting a strong solution from you.

no its not location based open, its just open after few minutes when i turn off

boot in safe mode and see if problem still persist
