wi-fi and network

What shoul I do when connceted with wi-fi ?

When I am connceted with wi-fi and try to download any app and a error messaage appaers regarding network.

If I enable data access via mobile network then it strat cleaning  my a/c balance. if not then download and any updates not working.

Please any bodycan help me how to get out from this.

Have you had this issue with multiple wi-fi networks or just the one?
