Why no app installer?

How come you cannot install apps from a folder on the Micro SD Card ?
My last phone would let me install apps if they were in a folder on the card already in the phone.

Also, if you sideload apps, you have to be extra careful as such APK files might contain malware.

this is NOT about Warez..
I asked why there was no app installer on this phone...
Not about "sideloading".

Simple question...nothing else.

Sideloading apps = having an APK file that you want to install, it could be a game, app, widget, etc, that's sideloading, hence the warez post.

Dears, how I can installing programs directly to Sd card, and not using the internal phone storage

This is not supported by android, check the play store, there "might" be an app that could do that.
