Why New Jelly Bean Update Fail..??

hi frnds,

I got a notification for New Jellyy Bean Update for my Xperia P. but when I try to update  drictly from my phone. After 100% downloading it shown "Cound not download" & installatioin is unsccessfull...

2nd time I try to update my phone with Update Service (using my laptop). Again after 100% downloading. It shows Installation is Fail...

Plz.. Help

it happened to me once with the past ics update..try restarting your laptop and internet connection..
