Why i cant open Sony Music Jive?

When i open it this app always noticed me to upgrade the app but if its done, the app wouldnt to open

settings > apps > all > look for the app > clear data > restart the phone.

I have the same problem in my Z2 did this work? it didnt work for me any adice pls......
