if I tap the play store icon it goes back to the settings screen. I dont have any notifications of updates happening and cant download new apps?

anyone have any ideas?

double check if your wifi or data plan is working, open chrome or any browser and go to

time.gov

if it work then go to

settings > apps > all > play store > uninstall updates > clear everything > restart your phone and try again

also uninstall any of this apps

taskillers

task managers

antivirus

ram apps

battery apps

booster apps

if that doesn't work then it could be a temporarly issue with Google's servers

or

repair your phone with SUS or PCC
