Why are the 1, 3 and 6 on my keypad doing strange things?

Can someone help me? Some of the key pad numbers on my phone do not work properly. The 1 does nothing.  The 3 shortcuts to the camera and the 6 defaults back to the wallpaper.
Any suggestions?  I have tried the master reset and this has not helped. Thanks!

I tried that - it said I have the latest update.  Still no joy unfortunately

You can still choose to re-install the same software using SEUS via PC, as this often fixes problems.Failing that, you also have the "phone repair" option via PC suite.
