My Sony Xperia T randomly turned off last night to update itself, then when it turned back on a message about google play store not responding came up, so I turned the whole thing off.
Now when I try to turn it on, the sony screen flashes and a white triangle with a black screwdriver and a box appear for about 15.20 seconds. I'm disgusted with it, have charged it for a quite a while, thinking it might be something to the battery, as I've had an issue with it before when I first got the phone, but has been fine since. Another screen randomly pops up with the phone and a yellow warning symbol coming out from the phone.
I'm fit to chuck the phone off the wall now at this stage, have tried the holding the volume up button and power button and then attaching it to my laptop via USB, but nothing!
I had a look at where I could send it, but got a message on the Sony Site that its
Closed for maintenance
Anyone any ideas???? Driving me mad
Repeat the update process with PCC
I didn't do the update with the PCC, I'm presuming it was an update because initially the phone was on and turned off even though the battery was at least half charge
Tried going through the PCC to try and repair, but can't get it to do anything
Connect your phone to a wall charger > Press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 1 or 2 hours > then run PCC > do NOT turn on your phone > follow the steps and that might solve the issue
Will try that, thanks!
