I have just gone to plug in my speakers to the headphone socket on the top of my Xperia Z.
I have noticed, don't know how long it has been there but the white tab is a pink colour. The phone works completly fine no sign of water getting inside. All of the other tabs are white.
The phone has never been anywhere near any water, and i rearly carry it around with me as it is too big for my pocket!
Should i be contacting sony to get the top flap replaced?
Thank you
When the indicator is triggered, it should be red. But it's hard to say from here so I would recommend you to contact your local support to get further information about where you can find a service center:

The service centers here declares water damage and warranty void is the tabs are red. lol.
Its very possible the tab may have caught moisture when being used open. But i find it very silly for sony to declare water damage and void warranty just based on a silly color changing tab where as water may not have actually entered via the port itself.
