white screen

my phone seems to have a white screen with little black bits round i can still feel the phone vibrate as that shows its not the apps that dont work its just the screen i cant do an update on it and im not getting a call back from sony till monday but i would like to see if i can have any extra any help as the the touch system wirks its just the screen
