white NFC SmartTag does not allow editing

I bought a set of sony smart tags from the official sony retail store

the black one and the yellow one and the purple one are working just fine

the white one however, has a stored event called SONY, and directs me to a youtube video about smart tags, and no matter how much I try I cannot change this

I tried restarting the phone, re-installing the app and even reinstalling the software, I get nothing !! same video same name

how to reset and edit the contents of a white sony smart tag?
