White Dots/Dead Pixels in the Display!!!!

Hi Folks,

I bought my XZ on April 14 this year and it's just 2 months Old. But the mobile seems to be having a major issue with the display.

I can see 4 white dots or bright dots on the display when the mobile is on with a dark background.This is easily seen when I switch on the phone and it loads...

This is pathetic and huge disappointment as I have been using Samsung all through my life and XZ is my first Sony Phone...

The service center guys confirmed that there s a display issue and the same has to be repaired..

BUT I NEED A REPLACEMENT/REFUND...

Can some one provide me a contact for higher officials for suppot so that I can escalate the issue, Please???????
