Which .ftf is applicable for me?

First of all I'm a noob. I am still on GB and I waited so long for ICS. Now I'm fade up and want to update it by flashtool. My questions are:

1. What is the difference between updating officialy by PCC and by Flashtool. Why some people are reluctant to update by Flashtool?

2. My build number is 6.0.B.3.184, which ftf will be applicable for me. I am from Bangladesh so I don't want some operator specific or country specific app/setting after flashing.

3. If Sony officially gives update to my SI someday after flashing it to ICS then will be ok to update normally by PCC then?

4. If I dont like the flashed update then can I get back to the EXACT same position as I am now?

Thanks

flashing "could" void your warranty, that should answer 1.

the build number should be the same or most of the time is the same, but there are variants per region and/or network, some support specific fonts.

you SHOULD backup your current firmware so you can flash it back once its available for your phone, most likely its the carrier who is holding up the update.

you can flash back, one suggestion, once you flash ICS, repair your phone once or twice with PCC or SUS as it will improve performance.
