I recently got an OTG cable. My first try with a Apacer flash drive was failed. A pop up said "consumes too much power". Luckily another 4 GB flash drive is identified in Settings>Storage. But when I went to ES File Explorer I found no option to explore my flash drive. Anyone can tell me how can I do it or suggest me an app which will let me explore my flash drive files.
PS: I'm on 2.3.7
Xplorer+ or explorer+ pro both of them work fine.....
btw are ur skullcandy ink'd2 sturdy n cmpatibl wid xperai u cz i wanna buy them...wana knw build quality sturdiness n music quality...

yes skullcandy is compatible with Xperia U. any headphone compatible with iphone will fit in Xperia 2012 series coz they now share the same 3.5 mm socket. And they are pretty sturdy. fell from my hand, i sit on them putting them in my back pocket. no problem.
thanks a lot man...its jst cz of ur comment im goona buy ink'd 2.0... :smileygrin:
thank u.. :smileygrin:
for exploring ur pendriv:
go to upper directory
ur memory slots are in /dev/mnt/
there is "sdcard" and "usb storage" and other 2 or 3...
so from sdcard u need to go to upper directory and open usbstorage and then u r done..:)
heirarchal structure:
-----> sdcard
/dev/mnt/ ------>usbstorage
-------> other 2 or 3 folders
Every File explorer works with Otg it's just that you go to the upper directory i.e. /mnt
