Where is update?

Hello,

I am from Russia and have Sony ZL phone, as I can see on the sony website the current software for my phone should be 10.1.1.A.1.253 but I still have 10.1.A.1.434 version and software update tool do not propose to me any updates. Why I have such issue and when update will be available for me?
