Also phone is. REALLY slow, did we ever find out how to fix that??

Screenshot/Screen capture.

Press and hold the Power and Volume (-) button at the same time.

Your phone will be slow for a while right after updating while it builds caches and installs app updates from the Play Store. Should improve after an hour or so and a few reboots.

Perform reset to factory...it will help a lot

1. Yeah, I was told about power and volume... Not working. All I get is the power and volume.
2. It's been a couple of days
3. Factory resetting would lose all my data, which I'd have to spend time setting up again. Wiwiping everything seems to always be posted as solution yet I've not had to do it to actually fix any problems

I've managed to take some screenshots. I have to be very precise about pushing them save time.
I shall wait for other solutions before factory reset. I have too much to do to spend time resetting up my phone

Have you tried a Sreenshot application on Google Play? Maybe it will work for your phone. If it doesn't work, then it's the phone that has issues. Just a thought.

The combination is easy,it can be done without any problems. If it does not work, there might be a hardware problem with volume down.
