where can I get MEA firmware for my z3 compact

hello, I have someone could help me finding an MEA firmware for my z3 compact , and if I couldnt find one will my phone have issues updating ? I live in Kuwait so im not sure about this

I'm unsure why you ask this unless you have modified your device however you could search for Xperifirm and learn how to decrypt the files then rebuild those files into a .ftf firmware file for manual flashing
