I lost the sim tray of my new Xperia Z about a month ago and since then have been trying unsuccessfully to buy a new one. The dealers (here in Bangalore) ask me to try the service centres while the service centres refer me to try my luck with the dealers. I wrote to Sonymobile support asking for help ten days ago but got no response (reference id: CaseIdOnlyTag).
My experince has left a bad taste in my mouth after being an Xperia user for last three years (I had Xperia 10i earlier). I'd hoped Sony would spare some money to keep a stock of accessories in its stores instead of spending it all on advertising while providing lousy customer experience.
Can someone let me know where can I obtain a Xperia Z sim tray in Bangalore (or India)?
