when get a incoming call screen not getting active after updating to lollipop on sony z1

Hi,

I am using sony z1 last few months on kitkat version. but last week i update to lollipop version (5.0.2). After updating to Lollipop version when i get incoming calls my phone screen not getting active. while the phone is ringing the screen is still inactive (screen on black color).  after ring is cut the screen getting active. this problem happens only after i updated the android version to lollipop.

I was updated directly by phone at the first time. but after that i read a forum and i repair it using "sony  PC Companion". but the problem is as it is.

due to this is I can't answer any calls. could you give me a solution ASAP.

Is something blocking your proximity sensor? Like a screen protector?

You can also try : settings-apps-all,scroll down to incall ui and tick show notifications.
