Doubt it, it is still 15.3.X... I reckon 4.3 would be 15.4... But it still seems like a large update.

I ask why not android 4.3 because I also believe in that second digit change when Android version changes but, think on it if a bug fix 15.3.A.0.27 was going to be released then why was a new update 15.3.A.1.12 was prepared even when that 0.27 was not released i.e. No bugs would be found if the firmware was not made available to consumers, then why another "big" update? Question is what will the update contain if not new Android version? And another thing, new Sony goodies like XperiaThemes is only for Android 4.3 Xperia Devices so if not Android 4.3 then WHAT????

15.3.A.0.27 is not bug fix, is 4.2.2 update only for t-mobile... 15.3.A.1.12 is the bug fix for version 4.2.2
