When ActiveSync (wait for sync) issue will be fixed?

Updated to ICS (4.0.4) yesterday.

And now, sync with corporate Exchange doesn't work ("wait for sync" problem).

I don't understand why Sony doesn't stop to deliver this update while it has the folloowing topic http://talk.sonymobile.com/message/199039 from 5(!!!) jun.

I think, that phone with qwerty-keyboard is a business phone. But how can business phone be without MS Exchange support????

As I understand this problem should be fixed in the 4.0.4 update but clearly several users still have this problem. I was able to finally replicate it in 4.0.3 but not in 4.0.4 so see my latest reply in the thread you linked.

I have 4.0.4 and ActiveSync doesn't work.

Email app show "Wait for sync" message and that's all.
