Hello,
I have used Update Service and updated my mobile. After update, only whatsapp is unable to connect to internet. I have rebooted my phone several times and reinstalled Whatsapp several times.
Error Msg:
Unable to Connect. Please check that you are connected to the Internet and try again. Please reboot your phone if your connection problem persists.
Note: I am able to connect to internet using browser and able to use other apps.
Please assist.
Do you get the same error using Wi-Fi instead of 3G connection or vice versa?
If only on 3G connection it could be due to a proxy setting within your APN settings.
