I can´t believe whatsapp is not available for sony ericsson txt pro.... Is that true??

I don't think this application is designed for Java phones. However, if you go to Getjar.com using your phone's browser, you can find similar Java apps such as Binu messenger, Hanashi, Minifring, Nimbuzz and Talkonaut. Hope this helps.

Is whatsapp .jar (I think that extension is for Java... or not?)

If this is a .jar or .jad file, then you can try installing it--just download the file to your PC, transfer it to your phone via USB and install it.
