Whatsapp failed check internet, mini pro

Hi All,

Just got me self a Experia Mini Pro, but seem to be having problems when using applications such as facebook, which is extremly slow and at times says cannot receive or find internet connection. The same goes to whatsapp it is not registering even though I see a small H symbol with arrows at the top corner and at times a small G symbol..

Any suggestions, I have rebooted the phone, disabled and enabled the data network.

Just feel that the internets not working as it should

Maybe try performing a Factory Data Reset to make sure the handsets software is in fine working order.

Menu > Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Reset. ( Note: This will remove all data from the handsets memory but will not touch a SIM card or memory card.)

I did do a factory reset but no luck, so what I ended up doing was deleting the application and installing the latest version or updating it, both whatsapp and facebook and then it worked

Still a bit slow though, but let's see.

Q84 you've done the right thing...actually the default whatapp which is preloaded it comes with a bug which causes that network problem but after updating it it will work fine..!! And for the FB problem I would suggest you logout from ur account go to menu>setting>application>download tab and click on FB icon and press clear data...then open it...it will work fine..
