There aren't good news or bad news regarding the Xperia L getting 4.3 as of right now
The Xperia Z, ZR, ZL, SP, Z Ultra Z1 will get 4.3 there aren't any other Xperias that will get it, now, Sony has said that there are looking into other Xperias running 4.1 that might be able to get 4.3
My opinion is that the Xperia L is not going to get 4.3, I hope it does as long as all Xperias but I doubt it
