When I answer my k660i I cannot hear the other person but they can hear me...what is the problem please?
I think it would be a microphone fault and you should send it to a service centre.
Software or ear speaker! Did you reset the settings or Master Reset? Have you tried Update Service since you have had this issue? Then consider repair.
