what is the latest F/w version of d Xperia M?

i checked for an update via the PC companion and it showed 15.1.C.1.17 whareas the website shows 15.1.A.1.9

I have no way of seeing when it will be released for a certain market or operator.

-what changes introduced?

-fixes a problem with the camera and radio?

-What about the screen? Is now correctly displays colors(no blue tint)?
