what is the differenc?!!!!!!!!!!! please help

hi guys when I look at my apps in th setting menu  I see it like this:\

Total:xxxx  MB

App:xxxxMB

USB storage app: xxxxMB

my question is what is the difference between App and USB storge app?  and why does the app uses space on both  SD card and Internal memory? and can If the app is  on sd card  can I det the  app files on  Internal memory?

I'm a bit confused here. Apps can use space on both internal memory and SD card, depending on how they are programmed. Where do you find USB storage app? Do you have a Xperia Ray or did you post in the wrong section?
