Guess that their made in Chine, on official lices from Sony Sweden AG. 
Well.. that's what i 've found on my Xperia T Box... "Produced and assebled in China for Sony Sweden AG"

Most of the phones are made where the manpower is cheaper(China,Taiwan,Singapore),but it depends on the market the phones are intended for.

THIS IS TRUE OR NOT

     I think this is true because i facing problem with my Xperia Z1 camera...in my mobile pic are having too much  noise and grainy...but my friend had a same mobile in Uk that mobile took a clear pic ther is no noise..how it is possible that model also having same hardware know..i asked to sony service center about this problem they said all indian units are like this only so this is not a problem...i asked senior person also he said same reason...but i showed pic that my friend took thant in uk how it is possible same hardware only using these two phones...for this question nobody answered...I really feel lot about SONY qulity in INDIA because i am SONY fan BEFORE KNOW THIS
