Seems strange that windows sees 1 GB less than your phone.Your touchscreen does not work?I would have suggested an action that requested the phone.

Hi whatcanido, PC OS's might not see it the same way as your phone, hence the space available.

Curious, now i need to find out why that is. I know sometimes Windows can do strange things. Do you have access too another pc to double check? And are they the exact same models?

yep i have checked on the other OS and computer , andd still the same Expressionless_Face . nope , my another phone is xperia acro s . but i have checked my friend's z1 , and his phone is normal . dunno what to do , this is bothering me when i copy the games from pc to the phone  . i didn;t have this problem in the past ( when i bought my new z1) , i realized this issued when on 4.3 , and in 4.4 it's still the same . someone please tell me how to fix , i think i am the only one with this prob , no related topic in the forum

Go into Xperia Z1 and right click on internal storage. check the free space in bytes, it should be a bit closer to your actual free space.
