Weird Power Management Issues

I have no idea what happened, the phone was idling for a while when i noticed a sudden drop in the battery level! This sudden drop happened at least in 2 different occasion about a week apart. Is this a battery problem?

I think you had a drop in the network signal.How good is your coverage?

I didn't have any network coverage issue. The phone was on the desk for a while, I wasn't moving around.

How would a drop in network signal caused a big drop in battery power?

A drop that lasted,it seems like you did not have network coverage at all for some time.Force shutdown your device by pressing the little button on the back of your device.Turn it on normally after.Repore here if that occurs again.

Where is that little button on the back of the phone? Between the 2 occurences I have switched off the phone at least once, the second image posted took place a week before the ist image.
