My phone for whatever reason has a motion sensor which I can't seem to turn off. I've no idea were to look. Its very annoying, and especially on Blue Tooth. Does anyone else have this problem?

This sounds very strange. Have you tried to restart the phone?
If the behavior persists, I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:
