waterproof??? Yea right! Need help

I've just tried using my z3 for the first time underwater at only a few inches depth and after just taking a few pictures the screen just went completely black and now after leaving it a few hours to dry its won't even charge or turn on at all! Any help with this anyone??

You should contact your local Sony Xperia Customer Care team, their contact details are in my signature.

Make sure to request a vacuum test, that will prove if the issue is that you didn't firmly closed the covers/flaps or the other option is that there's a manufacture issue.
