Water under screen

I've made a phone call while my hair was wet & with shampoo.Now there is water (and soap?) under the screen of the phone. How can this be solved?

As there is water under the screen then this has voided your warranty - Your only other option is to take your phone apart and clean this yourself or if you know anyone who can take the XS apart then ask that person to do it for you

If your phone is still working, try burying it in rice to see whether the water would dry out. It may take a day or two but worth an attempt.
