Water has entered my phone after services!!!!!

I sent my phone one week ago because it had a camera problem and they changed it, after that I noticed a bad vibration noise,so I sent the phone back again ,after that I went to receive the phone and noticed that the phone has like rubber sticking out from the back side, I told him about it and he sent it again for repair after two days I received the phone and while I was in the shower I just answers a phone call and noticed that water got in the phone and it didn't went on again.

Note that : I purchased the phone 2 months ago.

I used it before in the shower, under the water tap.

I always make sure that the flaps are closed before using under water.

The Flaps are still white.

Please I need to know what to do, and how to deal with the center. And I don't trust their services anymore.

Water went in during shower?  You need to prove the service center didn't properly seal your phone (with that machine), after repair service was finished.

Yes, During the shower and I could see water inside the camera lens>

I told them that I used it before under water and pointed that they have caused this problem, they replyied we will call you!!

But I need to know if the flaps do change their colors or not ??
