Water got inside the phone without any physical damage

Dear Sony Team,

Around 8-9 months back I have buy your Sony Xperia Z2. Which is water resistant phone as per you. So, please tell me that without any physical damage how water goes inside the phone. This is really pathetic.! I even can't imagine such kind of Quality from you guys. Even every cap is closed then plese let me know that how water goes inside the phone. Hope for the best and helpful reply from your side.

Your phone needs to be examined at an authorised service center so I suggest that you contact your Local support team for more information on where you can find one and how to proceed from here.

If you didn't firmly closed the covers and/or there is physical damage such as cracked screen, or cracked housing, etc then the phone its not waterproof.

What you should do, is contact your Local support and request a vacuum test this will show who is at fault, either you have a faulty unit or it was your fault.
