I but a phone through bell, a month later I sent it in to repair because it was defected. They sent it back to me 2 weeks alter. They a couple months after that my son who is 2 spilt a very very small amount of water on my screen while I was holding it. All ports where closed properly. So I sent it in. 2 weeks later I get an email saying I have to pay $25 for the seal test and my phone was not going to be fix or replaced. I have been disputing it since that email. I've called repair and talked to supervisor and was told different things like my phone was sent back and I got no tracking number, then they lost it then they through it out because they said I never respond to their emails. I never got a email after that 25 dollar fee they wanted. Or even a call back. I have been Calling for 6 months every week. They are claiming it's my fault. Which it's not. A water proof phone does not get water damage from a very small amount of water on my screen. So either they are stupid to admit it or they never sealed my phone the first time it was serviced. I will be doing a law suit against Sony. I have recorded all my phone calls, I'm going to the news and the paper. Sony will be sorry for trying to blame me for their mistake.
