Wall paper setup

Pls suggest how to set wallpaper in LWW such that wallpaper doesn't move across the screens like in Samsung Galaxies- only the screens move over a set wallpaper .

This kind of setting will be independent of screen resolution so any kind of wallpaper may be chosen.

I would suggest Go launcher, from what I am aware this application will allow you to achieve this.
