walkman update

I just reset my phone and when it came back on the latest update to the walkman is no longer showing, everything else is fine. Any ideas as to why this is happening as I had the update previous to the reset

Instead of resetting the phone, try repairing the firmware using Sony companion tool. THis will install the firmware again and restore everything as during the time of manufacture.

Here are the procedures:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
3. Phone Software Update.
4. Start.
5. Repair Phone
