Walkman stops working when using Internet

I brought my Sony Xperia L smartphone somewhat 9 months back. It had been working well until now. Now the Walkman stops while I'm using Internet, like apps such as Instagram, Google Chrome App, etc. What could be the problem? This problem with my phone really pisses me off and I need to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Try settings-apps-all-walkman,clear data.Restart your device.

if you are in the android 4.2.2 then it's due to over memory usage during  web browsing .just go to the service center and reinstall the software to jelly bean 4.1.2 then all your problem will be solved.
