Walkman problem

When I play a music file mp3 in Greek characters, I do not recognize Greek characters, the Walkman, this causes me trouble choose which track I want

Which phone model do you have and which software version do you have in it? You can see this under Settings -> About phone.

Could you also check which version of Walkman you have under Settings -> Apps -> All -> Walkman.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I have the Xperia SP, the software version of the smart phone is 12.1.A.1.201, the Android version is 4.3 and the version of the Walkman is 8.3.A.0.5
