Walkman player problem

When i press the 'Play' button of the Walkman app, the song is playing but there is no sound output at all .I have already maximised the volume but there is no response. Please fix this problem.

Try settings-apps-all-sound enchancements,force stop and clear data.Restart.

Why the walkman plays one song,, no random??
