walkman live bluetooth problem

Hello everyone....

i am using Live With Walkman (wt19i) running on ics 4.0.4.

i am experiencing this problem from last four months. >>>

whenever i try to switch on bluetooth in my mobile ,my mobile gets switched off and it keeps rebooting again n again.please help....:smileysad:

I tried all the possible solution (eg : hard reset, not using third party software, used brand new micro SD card,update new firmware using Sony live manager,) But still the result is same as the Polly said above. Please help me in this issue . Im really fed up of continious rebooting problem while trying to send something via bluetooth.

For this i have allready gave up sharing data from my mobile, but few days ago my girlfriend try to share a photo taken from my mobile to her device and since then the rebooting continues.

I am really become very upset beacause i felt a very strong relation to the Brand name SONY.
please help me out.:smileycry:

My mobile IMEI is 35263805-244509-6

N.B : I lived in Bangladesh so there is no service center of SONY right now in bangladesh.

another thing, this dosent happens every time i switch on the bluetooth... sometimes it works fine. it happens once in 4 to 5 attempts...

In this case it needs to be fixed at a repair center. Contact your local support team for more information on how to send your phone for repair.

Hello Johan, as I previously mentioned I lived in Bangladesh so it is not possible for me to contact with the addresses u just mentioned on the above link. And unfortunately there are no official support is being provided by Sony right now in BANGLADESH

I tried all the possible steps for solve the problem but still can not fixed it, now it seems that i have to move on for another brand coz there are no actual support I am getting from my loving brand SONY.

I am really sorry that I have to tell u this way , but this is the 9th time the same problem happens again with my SE LWW.......

Thanks and Wish that SONY will take care of there existing and future customers more carefully and one day will surpass SAMSUNG & Apple......:smileysilly:
